You are always entitled to the legal warranty of your product. Some products also come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

I’m waiting for a refund, when can I expect it?

We will refund the amount you have paid, after receipt of the product or track & trace code. When a product is returned after being delivered, you will receive the paid amount back in Euro’s on a by you indicated European bank account. When a ordered is canceled before shipment we will immediately refund your crypto payment.
