You will always get legel guarantees on your product. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Some products also come with a manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty. In the event of a defect in your product, you can of course contact us for a repair. We ensure that your product will be repaired free of charge if the defect is covered by the warranty conditions. You can read the warranty conditions in the warranty booklet supplied with your product or on the manufacturer’s website. We are happy to arrange it for you and you can always contact us with questions and comments about the repair process. You always have a 3-month warranty on the repair.
Upon delivery of your product, you will receive a packing slip with which you can make a claim under the warranty.
Did you buy your product more than 2 years ago and is it not covered by the statutory warranty, or has your product failed as a result of drop, pressure, impact or moisture damage? We will also ensure that it is resolved for you. There may be costs associated with this, but we will discuss this with you first. We always charge you € 14.95 research costs if you return the defective product to us in the store or send it to us. If you receive a visit from the repairman at home, the examination costs may be higher.
